Hats were delivered fast, however the packaging was terrible. One of the hats had a bunch of dust on it and some sort of rodent or insect poop all inside like it had been sitting in a garage for for a long time. Had to brush it out and wash it asap. I reached out to the company via email and explained this but got no response. Wasn’t asking for a refund or anything just an acknowledgment so future customers wouldn’t be as displeased. That is all.
